1st visit-So far i am happy. A bit dissappointed i didnt get my temps the same day impressions were taken , but i was squeezed in right before christmas. I will update with further news.
I'm curious to know what would have happened when I made the appointment to have them all filled...what about the other 2 cavities? Either way, I potentially saved myself a few hundred dollars by going to Dr. Olson's office.
Nobody is perfect, but these folks come darn close!
2nd visit -highly disappointing. They called me 2 days ago to see if i could come in early because dentist wasnt going to be there on fri. I explained to them that i can only make fri appts that i am a truck driver who built a route around their appt. They spoke to dentist and he said no prob he'd be here. So now i am here on friday and they tell me he can't do the extraction now, he had an emergency and cant do my painful extraction for 2 more weeks now.
Once again, even though I'm not a patient anymore...you've managed to disappoint me. Last winter I was told by Dr. M. Boushaba (who I'm told is no longer there) that I had 4 cavities. I have the treatment plan for all 4 cavities in paper still just in case I am contacted. Due to a bad experience, I cancelled my appointment with you guys and searched for a new dentist. I found Dr. Earl Olson. I had my x-rays from Aspen sent to his office, and they also took some new xrays today.
Fantastic! I called for a cleaning, and got an appointment for a consultation the next day, and told that a cleaning would be scheduled for later. When I arrived, they were able to fit me in for a cleaning the same day! Fast, efficient, friendly and professional!
Simple cleaning. Great service. Only complaint was that the optional fluoride (that costs extra) was applied without a choice. Can't really turn it down when you are laying back with your mouth open unsure of what the hygienist is doing. Other than that it would be 5 stars

Dr. Phair is gentle, caring, fast and talented! The dental assistants are very good as well, and the office staff are so friendly and professional. The mark of a true professional is how they handle it when things go wrong. They are flexible, intelligent, and put the customer first in everything they do. I really can't say enough about them! Five stars.
