Technician had knowledge, was patient- not rushing through the service- and personable. He was happy to answer questions. One question I asked led him to ask me about a maintenance step I can do, but had never been told about before. I am grateful to utilize this new information for even better appliance care going forward. I've found that besides what I do to be careful with appliances, the yearly check is a huge bonus in making sure I get the best- and longest- performance possible.

Technician was on time and very professional. Needed to order a part, so scheduled another appointment. Fixed the appliance (range burner not working), and also "tuned" the flame so that stove simmers properly now (that wasn't part of the repair order, he just did it). Very happy with the results.
