After leading a sedentary life for decades because I was not a fan of exercise, I decided I needed a change. I liked the concept of one on one training Body Essentials had to offer, so I figured why not give it a try. The hardest part was walking through that door on my first day. I immediately felt comfortable and knew this was the place I needed to be.
