Think twice before you hire this firm. We needed a thermocouple replaced in our Garland stove. The part cost $20.32. In addition, they charged us $20.00 shipping on a 4 oz part that we did not ask for any special expedited service. It took the technician 45 minutes to replace it and charged us $69.00 for that. When said technician walked in the door he said to our Asst Innkeeper "is the guy that writes the check going to be here before I leave" , not even a hello. Then when he presents the bill it is for $369.34. Here is the kicker..........they charged us $92 to drive the 38.5 miles from their address to ours and $92 to drive back as they didn't have a stop scheduled on the way back..........wait it gets worse. Then they charge an additional $73.60 for mileage, get this 92 cents per mile! Avoid doing business with this organization at all costs, or it will cost YOU!
