Actual knowledge of products instead of merely selling empty boxes. A place you can speak to the owner. Sent in a friend with my broken tv a year after sale, with no paperwork. They rebuilt it in two days based on their copies of records. I dare you to try that at Best buy or Walmart.
These people told me that my TV was broken and suggested that I throw it away. I went to pick it up and it was gone. I called Samsung to confirm the supposed 1.5 hour tech support call they said they made and Samsung had no record of it. I asked them for their records and they wouldn't show them to me. I finally went back into their store having documented everything related to my bizarre experience and demanded my TV back... And they gave it to me! Stay away from this business. They are a scam. Very scary what people will do to you if you let your guard down.
I have been a repeat customer for new TV's and repairs and always feel that I get my money's worth!
Tom is very knowledgeable and friendly. He also happened to have the parts I needed in stock and got my 5 year old plasma TV running great again. I strongly recommend giving them a call or stopping in before shopping online.
