I’d give them 0 stars if possible. My girlfriend and I set up auto delivery after running our credit and paying what we needed to for our first delivery. Long story short it’s cold as hell out with a 5 year old child in the house and they failed to delivery leaving us oil less. We call to check and they tell us it’s not their problem because we never signed up for auto delivery... switching companies as I write this
I called to have my furnace serviced and was told since I don't buy oil from them, they will not service the furnace. I stated that I had bought the furnace from them 2 years ago for about $8500. That apparently does not matter so if you buy a furnace from them, do not expect any service after the warranty period unless you buy oil from them. Had I known that was their policy I would have bought the furnace elsewhere. So beware of that if you deal with them.
