Had a package overnighted. Package never arrived the next day. Was told the driver was a sub and couldn't find my house, was also told I could (if I was able to) pick up the package the next day in Rutland. Kathy was less than polite in fact she spent the majority of the time telling me why I was wrong for being upset that my package hadn't arrived and her constant condescending tone was no way a customer service representative should ever speak to a customer. I do work on saturdays so I was not able to pick up the package and had never agreed to pick up the package. I then received a phone call Monday morning inquiring why I hadn't picked up the package and that it was still in Rutland at their location and not on a truck to be delivered. Again I was forced to speak with Kathy who told me I had told her I would pick up the package (even though I never would've said that) and then condescendingly again asked me if she'd like to have it put in a personal car and driven up and told me there was nothing she could do. Kathy should find another job and at this point I just hope she decides to put my package on tomorrow's truck. Luckily the shipper has also dealt with UPS and was able to refund my overnight shipping charge but at this point I could care less about that. Kathy is making a certain bad name for UPS in this area.
Not reachable by phone. Delivery exceptions the norm. Nasty drivers, at least in my area. Total fail. A dying business. Used to be the best. Sad.
I paid for overnight shipping for a game system to be here in my son's birthday. I made sure to give them a whole day in top of the 24 hours to get the shipment delivered. I also put my number in the order to be called if nobody was home to recieve it since it was a very expensive package. I got home as soon as I my email said it was dropped off on my front door. When I got home there was no package. I've looked all over my yard n even asked neighbors. The package is gone..or if never got here. Ups couldn't even try to call their driver and ask if there was a mistake or anything. I'm very very pissed off by this. It ruined my son's birthday . I'll never is ups ever ever again

My tv was scammed into this facilty at 11 pm on a monday night i placed ahold on it to pick up Tuesday evening from 4-6 thats only time theyre open (eveyone thinks bankers hours are bad) i arrived and was told my tv wasnt theyre... it wasnt till thursday that tjey called me and said we found your tv worst shipping center in the world
