I'm not sure how we were being accommodated or how she went out of her way for us when we were given days & times that worked for her, then picked from those days & times? I also don't see how I was disrespectful, or how her personal life & the things she's going through have anything to do with me or the property? I haven't had the greatest year myself, burying my grandmother on Easter, & recently my daughter's 13 year old, best friend committed suicide. My daughter's a complete wreck from her death and it's taking all my husband and I have to keep her from doing the same as her friend. On top of all of this we're looking for our first home together. Allison was very nice at first, but please beware if you decide NOT to purchase the property she's showing you, she'll become rude, nasty, and completely unprofessional. My experience with her has been, to say the least, horrible. I'd like to thank her for the lovely, first time, experience in home buying, she's made our first time looking for a property unforgettable.
Selling my first home was a huge undertaking. I engaged Alison McCullough as my realtor. From day one, walking through my property, she put me at ease highlighting what needed to be done before enabling the listing (prioritizing things for me, a working professional) . Then we had plenty of showings, adjusted the price, and sold from our first offer. Alison answered emails at all times of the day, phone calls always were answered and follow ups were always prioritized for me. I found the process, which is huge just by itself, a lot easier because we had Alison. I would not hesitate to recommend her for both sale and purchase; she knows the area she services and really helped us understand the WHY of each step which for me was the best part!
Thank you, Alison"
You have taught me a very valuable lessons and will never ever be overly nice to un loyal buyers.

We contacted Allison about a property & asked via email, when she'd be available to show it, she responded quickly with a day and time that worked for her, so we chose from those days & times. The showing day came & we received a message saying she'd be late, (no big deal we all have things happen in our lives that we have no control over) we were told to look around outside till she arrived. She finally arrived more than 10 minutes late, but took another 10 minutes to get the door unlocked and open, then never introduced herself, we had to. Finally, after getting in, she says "the property has some potential I suppose" then says "go ahead and look around" while she sat in the large bay window on her cell phone the whole entire time. On our way out of the property she asked if we shut all of the lights off, & if we missed any, to run back up & shut them off. After locking the door (another 10 minute episode where my husband had to shine a light for her to see) she was ready to hop in her car and go, so I said, before she left, "we'll be in touch about the property & thank you for showing us it." 3 days later I received an email asking "let me know where you are with the showing on Friday?" So I responded back saying "Allison, we have decided on another property already. Thank you for your help." In return her response was " That was very disrespectful of you, as I went out of my way to accommodate you even though my family had just buried 2 children.
