I walked in to compare prices. I really wanted a Toyota and couldn't wait to test drive their vehicles. After the test drives, the sales people REFUSED to let me walk out the door. They admitted that it was part of their training to keep me in the building. After I left, Stacy Alderman herself chased me outside and asked why I was leaving. Very unattractive. She wouldn't let me leave until I told her that I find her business practice unappealing and would never return.
The sad part is that I really wanted to buy one of their vehicles, but was too disgusted to make it happen. I went to Bennington Toyota and purchased one of theirs instead. I'll never return to Alderman's.
