I recently boy a truck from East Creek Motors. Customer service was top notch! They went above what's expected from a dealer. Nice, honest people to deal with.
I can't say enough good things about our buying experience with East Creek. When, a week after buying our car, the check engine light turned on and the transmission started acting strange, we called to ask about our 30-day warranty. Not only did they make good, but Joe actually brought a tow truck all the way up to Waitsfield to pick up our car and leave us a loaner vehicle. It took multiple tries and significant expense (on their part) to fix the car and get it back in good order, but when they did, he drove the car back up to us rather than making us come and get it. I could not ask for more honest or accommodating customer service.
