I've been their customer for about 5 years. They installed 4 crowns for me as they were saying it was necessary. The last two crowns weren't done properly, as my gum would bleed all the time. I was told that the bleeding was normal, gum needs to get used to the crown, 6 months later they said I am not brushing properly, flossing etc. 1 year later they convinced me to purchase $200+ Philips Sonicare tooth brush that was supposed to harden my gum and make it healthy...
Stay away from them...
I had a horrible experience at Iacono Dental in Rutland VT. The owner of the company was personally working on my teeth for all these years and I am quite upset the way they handled my teeth and made me struggle for so long.
I know that some people suffer from" fear of the dentist" but with Frank and Debbie there is no reason to fear. And this from a person with a low pain threshold!!!!
Frank and Debbie aka Iacona Dental Associates have taken care of my teeth and oral hygiene since 1983!!! They are both fantastic dentists and they have a great staff. Their office location on Allen Street in Rutland is very convenient and the hours of operation fit into my schedule nicely. I even find the office décor relaxing.
Finally I went to a different dentist. They pulled those crowns and installed temporarily to see if my gums would heal. And they did so in 2 months.
Excellent care. I have been with Iacono Dental for years. From routine preventative care, EMax Crowns and more.
Obviously 30+ years of having the same dentists should tell everyone a lot :-)
None of the above helped, I struggled for 3 years having bleeding gums around the last 2 crowns they had installed.
They have always made themselves available and put me first. I could not be more satisfied.
Great dental office! Excellent dentists. Friendly, helpful staff. Glad that I made the switch to Iacono Dental Associates. Have recommended to many friends.
