The place was very dirty. They had a fire on the outside about a month ago. It hasn’t been repaired. The vestibule smells bad of smoke. The floors were dirty, the counter was gross, there was shredded napkins all over the counter, and a broken seat. The KFC sign outside is broke. I arrived just after opening and my food was not fresh considering they just opened for lunch. This used to be my favorite place to eat in town. The place needs to be leveled and rebuilt or just closed permanently. I don’t think I’ll ever come back after today.
Food was good and they got it out fast but the in side was bad dead flys on the window sill and small flys all over the walls. Tables and floors were a mess . If they clean it is have no problem giving them 5 star
I am very disappointed with the quality of the food at the Rutland vermont KFC, I have always enjoyed a KFC bucket of original recipe chicken for years up and down the east coast of the US. But these guys not only cook it too death but find a little disturbing that there is a enormous amount of bones, even in the breasts. And since when does a chickens touch hole considered to be a piece? Just because the coating is good doesn't mean they have to batter every part of the bird. Just curious! But I will say that the service was fast and friendly.....
Chicken is crispy and lemonade is good. The rest of the order was wrong. ..again....a waste of money in my opinion.
It's a fast food restaurant. It's not clean, but it's not unbearably filthy either. If you're taking your girl on a date, don't be such a cheap prick and go somewhere nicer. If it's just you, by all means, eat two of the delicious $5 box meals.
