Followup: turns out they forgot to email the proofs. Once I contacted them again, they rushed my order.

Ordered some custom two color letterhead and envelopes January 25th - it's March 14 and nothing so far. I called in to inquire February 14 about the status of my order - was promised shipping within a week. I know I'm not you biggest costumer, but this pace is ridiculous.
