Can't fix anything correctly
While returning to New Jersey after a ski vacation in Pico, the passenger side window of our vehicle fell off track during heavy rain. This obviously created a problem for us, considering it was cold, raining, and we still had to drive over six hours. We stopped at this business hoping they could assist us. The owner, C.G. Morey, was with another customer. He stopped what he was doing and assisted us without hesitation. He accessed the door and maneuvered the window so that it stayed up for our drive home. He was a savior for our family and we can't say enough about his Customer service and the attention he provided us. I believe his attention to our predicament speaks volumes about his concern for his Customers and for People in general. Even though this was really a minor issue for us, it meant the world to us at the time. He wouldn't even charge us for the service. Great experience and will stop by during our next visit to Vermont.
My grandson drove my 2011 Mustang Fastback on a small boulder when he drove it off road! He cracked the front bumper, cracked the grill, damaged the under carriage too. I live in New Hampshire but was in Rutland for a week long class. On the recommendation of a local resident I called Crash Palace to see of they could repair the damage before I returned home. Brandon was amazing. He went over and above. He stayed late on the Friday of July 4th weekend just to finish my car. The job was done to perfection. I would NEVER have body work done anywhere else. Fantastic place with quality people. Thanks Crash Palace!
Amazing service. No one wants to pay their $500 deductible in an accident, but Crash Palace not only fixed everything, they also cleaned and detailed the inside and outside of my car. Saved some money on a car wash and interior detail! I also was visiting for business and had to leave before my repairs were completely finished. Crash Palace went out of their way to mail me the remaining piece for my foglight cover. I will try to wait whenever possible, to come here in the event I need future repairs. Thank you!
Not at all happy with Repair and Service. Work looks like done by amateur. Stole quarters out of Car. Took one whole day after repair to clean the car and still the car was dirtier then when it was taken to them. Overall, very unhappy with the work. Will never return to their shop and would never recommend anyone either.
