The new location is great with a nice new look and easier access, more parking and a much needed safer exit to the main road. The employees are nice and knowledgeable but try to push new products and services on you every time I go. Having my tires taken off and winter tires put on, I was told it would be $7.50/tire for disposal. I declined and got rid of them myself for free at the local transfer station. The price for mounting and balancing my four winters was definitely steep, the same amount of money would have gotten me a mount, balance AND alignment at Town Fair Tire down the road but they had a longer wait time of almost two days. From previous experiences here k I had to change a tire with a bad side wall, I was told they can't work on my car because the other three tires were too worn and it would be an liability when the car was inspected just two days prior and had plenty of tread on them over the wear bars and then tried selling me a whole new set.
I had a good experience, helped me troubleshoot some options for my AWD vehicle. Would have been 5stars but i dont give anyone 5 without a bj.
We visited nearby Killington from PA. We found a flat tire in the morning of the Christmas Eve! Nothing was open nearby. Luckily we found this place open for half day. I was so nervous that they were going to rip me off considering that it was Christmas Eve and we were not local. They found a big nail on my tire and repaired the tire within 1 hr (there were 2 costumers before me)! They only charged me for $25!! I was overjoyed! The repaired tire went through the following -20F days and carried us back to PA safely! I can not imagine what we could do if they were not open that day! Very nice people and very excellent service!!
This is the wrong location, by the way, they moved across the street. The staff is fairly helpful and service is normally quick when things are slow. I took a set of tires that I bought privately and they told me they were too worn and wouldn’t put them on. The same tires are on my car now and have been for 2 years. I recommend Adirondack instead, they won’t try and sell you something you don’t need.
The Manager is very knowledgeable always smiling even when it's busy, his staff is great bunch of guys
