would not replace a napa battery I purchased at another napa store even though the warranty was valid

Friendly knowledgeable staff and 80% of the time they have your part in stock
better to force a sale on you for the same item than to have morals & help you out
corporate said they would be reimbursed for battery anyway so they didnt see why it was such a problem
Gene the counterperson has an obvious phobia of handing $$ to customers, instead he throws it at you each time I've been there
called corporate & was told these franchise stores dont have to honor the warranty in any way
